Located in the vicinity of downtown Vancouver, the Compass Point Inn offers easy access to fine restaurants and shops. the hotel is conveniently close to the SkyTrain, which allows guests to explore all of Vancouver. the rooms are clean and cozy, with amenities like wireless internet and a microwave. the staff is helpful and friendly, making guests feel welcome. Guests can also enjoy delicious food at the on-site restaurant.

Good service--reasonable rate through Booked.net about half the posted rate at hotel--good food also priced reasonably--very quiet for a downtown hotel--close to skytrain about half a block away--I would stay there again

Liked the staff, very courteous, pleasant, very helpful when I had car trouble, no problems with having to stay a few days extra, would recommend the Compass Inn to anyone.

The hotel offered clean rooms with comfortable beds and a good location close to public transportation and shopping centers. the hotel provided a pool and a fitness center, which were both appreciated.

The hotel was not very soundproof and traffic noise from outside could be heard from the room. the staff was not always very helpful and seemed to be overworked.

Enjoyed my Christmas vacation at a hotel that had convenient access to public transportation and nearby shopping malls. The hotel room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave, which came in handy during my stay. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to assist with any questions I had. a great holiday experience.

The room was on the small side, and the ice machine was located on a different floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite the hotel being on a busy street, it was not near the highway, so it took longer to get around.

The hotel was good, bnut not as good as the ads said.

When checking in, the clerk was very insistant that if anything was not to our liking, it would be fixed immediately. He repeated this several times during checking in. Upon getting to the room, the room was dimily lit due to wattage of the bulbs and one burnt out night table lamp. I informed the clerk next morning about the lamp and was told there were no maintenace staff on dury. I said to her that all that was needed was a lamp from another room. As the one was not working had a loose socket with a burnt out bulb. She was not able to help me!! For a hotel with this rating, your staf is not suited to manage and make the promises that they said. My impression from the day staff was that they could not help me!! Even Super 8 provides beter service!!

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room, such as the fridge and microwave, were convenient and thoughtful extras. Additionally, the hotel's location near the sky train station made it easy to explore Vancouver.

All was adequate.

Swimmingpool is not very attractive: outdated and dark cellar room. I would not offer this to customers as an hotel ammenity.

Snack machine was out of order and evidently had been for some time on check it I was told it was available, front desk staff should be kept informed.
